Damage isn't always visible from the ground, so we start with a full assessment of the roof. If the damage is localized, we repair it. Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims? Yes. After a storm, our team can be at your home within 24 to 48 hours to assess the damage and make repairs. We install traditional asphalt shingles and [metal roofing](/services/metal-roofing/). We'll walk you through the lifespan and benefits of each so you can pick what fits your home and budget. We also install siding, gutters, soffits and fascia. How long does a typical asphalt shingle roof last here? In southwest Ohio, an asphalt shingle roof commonly lasts somewhere around 20 to 30 years. Attic ventilation, installation quality, hail and wind, and freeze-thaw cycles all shorten or extend that. Curling or missing shingles, granules in the gutters and leaks around flashing are common signs a roof is near the end. Do you work on commercial and multifamily buildings? Yes. We handle commercial roofing repair and installation for businesses, multifamily roofs and larger complexes throughout the Cincinnati metro.
