Can my roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the damage is limited to one area, a repair is usually the right fix. We'll tell you plainly after the assessment, and we won't push a new roof when a repair will solve the problem.
Why does my roof only leak in heavy rain or wind?
Wind-driven rain can get under lifted shingles or past worn flashing that stays dry in a light shower. Those leaks are often around chimneys, vents and valleys. An assessment helps us find the actual entry point.
